Police say a man was drunk when he crashed his car into a Palos Park ice cream parlor.

Authorities say 28-year-old John Kelsey's blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit.

It happened at 11:30 p.m. last night at the "Plush Horse" ice cream shop at 123rd and 86th Avenue.

According to police, the Kelsey turned onto 86th avenue and hit two parked cars before driving into the ice cream shop.
