Law enforcement in Madison, Wisc., are closing in on the cuddling industry.

A business called The Snuggle House offers customers a place to lay down with a “professional snuggler.”

The business says it’s for relaxing, not sex.

But Madison officials suspect prostitution could be what’s really happening.

They also say there are no measures being taken to avoid a sexual assault.

City attorneys are drafting a new ordinance to regulate the snuggling practice.
