Tuna and Avocado Tartare

Ingredients:
5 ounces premium grade tuna, chopped ¼” size raw
1/2 avocado peeled, pitted and chopped ¼” size
1/2 cup cucumber peeled, seeded and chopped ¼” size
1 Tablespoon prepared soy ginger sauce
3 drops of hot chili oil
1 Tablespoon of prepared seaweed salad finely chopped
1 teaspoon of toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Simply toss all ingredients together and serve chilled

Soy Ginger Sauce

Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon of honey
1 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
2 Tablespoons fresh gingerroot peeled and finely chopped

Directions:
Bring all ingredients to a boil. Steep for five minutes. Chill and store in refrigerator for weeks.
