Atoms Oreo Cookie Crumbles
Yield: 2 cups of cookie crumbs

1 1/2 cup + 3 Tbs of all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup + 1 Tbs cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp of salt
15 Tbs of butter
1/2 cup of buttermilk

Sift all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Cream butter and sugar. Fold in sifted dry ingredients. Add buttermilk mix until fully incorporated. Bake at 325f for 10-12 minutes
