Shoppers throughout the Chicago area returned to stores once again Friday for after Christmas returns and sales.
Some say the deals were better today than before the holiday.
Between returns, gift cards and cash received areas like Woodfield Mall were flooded with crowds.
Retail experts predict people have more disposable income this year, because of low gas prices and the lower unemployment rates.
But there are drawbacks to getting out on a day like today. People say stores were too busy, crowded or picked over. And wait times for customer service were reported as being long.
Parking was also an issue for some.
