CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- A student at the University of Illinois is becoming a big hit on campus with his striking resemblance to North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

His real name is Minyong Kim. He says he dressed up as Kim Jong-un for a Halloween party one year, and he was a big hit. So he got his hair cut like Kim, and invested in a black Mao suit.

Now he gets stopped dozens of times a day on campus for pictures. And he has a blast going barhopping in character.

His fame has even landed him a commercial back in his home of South Korea.

Kim says he likes doing it to spread happiness across campus.
