SPRINGFIELD –The Illinois House was back at work Monday, but the state budget crisis was not on its agenda.

Bills up for consideration included regulating daily fantasy sports betting and easing access to police video.

There’s also a bill requiring warning labels on medicinal marijuana to give buyers information about the side effects of marijuana use.

Other legislation would criminalize cyber-bullying by parents, and ban drone flights when they could potentially deliver prison contraband.
