Health officials in Florida are warning people about the possibility of contracting a flesh-eating bacteria from the ocean.

Another person has died, bringing the state’s total to ten deaths from the bacteria this year.

The bacteria live in warm, salty water.

Officials say most people contract it through open wounds.

People can even get it by eating raw shellfish, especially oysters.
