SCHAUMBURG, Ill. — Spooky ghosts, spiders, monsters and graves are around every turn inside the Legoland Discovery Center just in time for Halloween.
For “Brick or Treat” this year, master builder David Howard wants the little monsters in on the action. He’s created the scene and it’s up to the kids – big and small – to add some of the ghoulish touches.
It took 125,000 bricks to create the haunted village displays with the tombstones, zombie and witch cutouts for cute faces and the intricate giant pumpkin.
WGN’s Amy Rutledge has more.
