A mobile meat market by the company Zaycon Foods is taking the term “farm to table” to a whole new meaning.

Meat is sold in bulk at prices they say are equal or lower than most grocery stores.

Customers register on the company’s web page and select an upcoming event, add how much meat you’d like, pay at check out and pick up on event day in a designated local parking lot.

Most of Zaycon’s business has spread by word of mouth and some online advertising. The company started in Washington state back in 2009 and now serves the lower 48. In the last year it doubled the number of clients.
