Family of 23-year-old bicyclist killed in Roscoe Village files lawsuit

CHICAGO — A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed by the family of a bicyclist hit and killed in the city’s Roscoe Village neighborhood last week.

Anastasia Kondrasheva, 23, graduated from Loyola university and worked as a health coach.

She was hit by a truck as it turned onto Addison from Damen.

The driver was ticketed for failing to yield the right of way.

The wrongful death lawsuit names the trucking company and the driver.

Kondrasheva was the sixth bicyclist killed in accidents in Chicago this year.
