CHICAGO — The extreme cold caused dozens of people to spend the night at a Greyhound station.

This was at the bus station on Harrison.

It was full of people who had their trips canceled by Greyhound because of weather.

Some of the passengers we talked to said they did not know when they would be able to leave.

Stranded passengers tell us they were not offered accommodations, and that Greyhound told them to stay at the station in case spots on future trips opened.

Greyhound says it is checking on the other issues.
