A fire ignited and spread in a hurry through a pallet company in Chicago’s Little Village neighborhood.

It started late Thursday night on the 2500 block of West 25th Street and quickly escalated to a 3-11 fire.

That brought 240 firefighters and paramedics to handle it.

The fire destroyed three buildings, six semi-trailers, and thousands of wooden pallets.

Smoke and flames could be seen from miles away.

The fire department says the city’s water department had to boost water pressure in the area, so that firefighters had enough water for the job.
