First there was Al Capone. Now there’s Joaquin Guzman Loera.

The drug kingpin has been dubbed the new Public Enemy Number One.

The man nicknamed “El Chapo” is the head of a Mexican Cartel that’s a major supplier of drugs to Chicago.

Loera is the first person since Al Capone to be labeled Public Enemy Number One.

The Chicago Crime Commission and the Drug Enforcment Agency says Guzman is one of society’s most vicious, ruthless and violent leaders.

Guzman escaped from a federal prison in 2001 and is believed to be hiding out in Mexico.
