The 32-year-old victim told WGN News that during her driving test on November 10th Atwater attacked her.

She  was trying to get her driver’s license renewed and was taking her road test out of the Secretary of State’s office at 99th and King Dr. Atwater made her pull into an alley.

Then he allegedly held her down while he touched her genitals over her clothes.

The woman says some of her clothing was removed and that she was bitten during the attack.

Once she got home she called police.

The Illinois Secretary of State’s office has not commented.
