CHICAGO — One million people draped themselves in the rainbow colors of LGBT Pride and came out to Chicago’s 47th annual Pride Parade on Sunday.

But the parade was tinged with sadness and anxiety, coming exactly two weeks after the Pulse nightclub massacre in Orlando, Florida.

WGN’s Mike Lowe looks at how the city and the community showed its pride in the face of prejudice.
