MANITOBA, Canada -- Two men from Canada were switched at birth more than 40 years ago.
Luke Monias and Norman Barkman fought back tears after coming forward to tell their story.
The two grew up together in northern Manitoba and both men say they always felt as if they belonged in each other's families, rather than their own.
Their suspicions eventually drove them to get DNA tests, which confirmed they were switched.
The men now want hospital officials to explain how it could have happened.
"I want the federal government to do an investigation why and how this happened to us," Monias said. "I would like some answers for me and my family."
