CHICAGO -- Another video of a fatal, Chicago police shooting may soon be made public.

Mayor Emanuel said today his administration won't fight the release of a dash-cam recording, which apparently shows an officer opening-fire on Ronald Johnson.

25-year-old Johnson was killed at 53rd and King Dr in October 2014.

The lawyer for Johnson’s family claims an officer shot Johnson five times as he ran away.
