Man, 35, fatally shot in Englewood

CHICAGO — A 35-year-old man was fatally shot in Englewood, according to Chicago police.

The man was found by officers on the 6000 block of South Racine Avenue around 10:30 p.m. Monday. He had been shot in the face, head and torso.

The man was taken to St. Bernard’s Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Details surrounding the shooting were not provided.
