CHICAGO — A man was shot in the head in the city’s Marshall Square neighborhood early Saturday morning.

The 18-year-old man was found on the street at the 2800 block of West 23rd Street around 2:41 a.m. with a gunshot wound to the head. He was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition.

There is currently no one in custody and police are investigating.
