CHICAGO — A 27-year-old man was shot to death in the city’s Auburn Gresham neighborhood Thursday afternoon, according to police.
Police said the man was riding a rideshare bicycle in the 7700 block of South Seely Avenue at approximately 2:43 p.m. when an unknown perpetrator approached on foot and opened fire.
The man was taken to Christ Hospital and was later pronounced dead. No one is in custody and the shooting is under investigation.
