Chicago students know its time for the Hour of Code

It’s Computer Science Education Week and a major objective is The Hour of Code.

According to the folks at , the organization behind the movement,  90 percent of schools nationwide do not teach computer sciences.   Yet computers are a huge facet of every aspect of our lives.

Because of that, the group is hoping to show kids across the world how important and easy it is to write the code behind the programs we all use every day.
