CHICAGO — Several dozen CPS students tested their robotics skills Friday at the second SeaPerch Union League Boys & Girls Clubs competition.

Students designed and built underwater robotic vehicles — and then put them to the test at the Roberto Clemente Community Academy pool.

SeaPerch is a nationwide initiative that teaches basic engineering and science concepts with a marine engineering theme.
