Chicago police investigating several Lincoln Park burglaries

CHICAGO --Police are looking for a man responsible for a string of smash-and-grab burglaries in Lincoln Park.

A number of business in the 2400 and 2500 block of N Clark were robbed.

Early this morning, a suspect threw a concrete block through Bacci’s window.  He grabbed the register and ran out.

The incident was captured on surveillance video.

Shattered glass and theft was also reported at House of Wings and Angela’s Burrito Style.

Police are searching for the suspect.  So far no arrests have been made.
