CHICAGO — A boy who was found by Chicago police on the city’s West Side has been reunited with his mother.

A police alert released Wednesday said the boy was found around 8 a.m. in the area of Pulaski Avenue and Congress Parkway in the West Garfield Park neighborhood. Police was asking for the public’s help with identifying the boy.

According to police, the 14-year-old boy was reunited with his mother Wednesday afternoon.
