CHICAGO — The city’s second e-scooter pilot program ends Saturday.

Riders took about 640,000 trips since the program launched in August. That’s down about 22% from last year, mainly due to the pandemic.

City transportation planners are asking people to take part in an online survey to determine whether the scooters should be a permanent fixture on Chicago streets.
