Police: 4 injured in Summit bar shooting

SUMMIT, Ill. — Four people were injured after a shooting inside a bar in south suburban Summit early Monday morning.

The shooting happened around 4 a.m. Monday at the Fire Station Pub near 63rd and Harlem Avenue. Several shots were reportedly fired into the building and four people were shot.

One person was transported in critical condition and three others sustained non life-threatening injuries.

Police believe it was an isolated incident between two parties inside the bar and firearms were recovered.
