CHICAGO –Two brothers who are accused of killing Chicago Bulls star Dwyane Wade’s cousin Nykea Aldridge are back in court later Monday.

The mother of four was shot in the head and arm as she walked with her newborn baby Friday afternoon.

Relatives say she had just registered her three oldest children for school.

Aldridge is the cousin of Bulls star Dwyane Wade.

Chicago Police Department spokesman Anthony Guglielmi tweeted Derren Sorrells, 22, and his brother,  Darwin, 26, are charged in the case.

He wrote Derren Sorrells is a documented member of the Gangster Disciples and is currently on parole. Darwin Sorrells is also on parole for a gun charge.  Guglielmi tweeted Darwin Sorrells was sentenced to six years in prison in January 2013 and released early.
