WESTPORT, Mass. — A fight over $7 turns into a big mistake, at least for one car dealership in Massachusetts.

It all started when Jarrid Tansey from Palace Pizza delivered an order to F&R Auto Sales. The total pizza bill was $42, so the used car employees gave Tansey a total of $50.

He left with the $50, and there was a disagreement about whether he said anything about keeping the change before he took off.

Regardless, the car lot people complained to Palace Pizza’s manager, so Tansey comes back to return the roughly $7 and change. And that’s where a camera was rolling in F&R Auto Sales’ office.

“It just doesn’t make sense why you would hand me a bill that you were just going to have me drive back here to give you back anyway,” Tansey said.

The man behind the desk explains he gave Tansey all the money the group had collected and expected to get back the correct change.

“The manager apologized once for you. You want him to apologize again for you?”Tansey said “It’s ok. You got your $7, so the world is right now.”

“Hey out the door before I put my foot in your a**. How’s that one?” the man said.

Someone posted the video, it went viral and the insults flew.

F&R Auto Sales was bombarded with terrible reviews. The comments got so bad the car lot called police.

By Thursday afternoon the owner of F&R Auto Sales had publicly apologized for the actions that led to this embarrassing video.

Meanwhile, a fundraising page has been set up for Tansey. By Thursday night, it had already raised  more than $9,100 by Thursday night. It’s entitled “Get Jarrid his tip money!”
