Mired in a two-game skid, the Bulls face a tough test Tuesday in finishing a back-to-back against the league’s hottest team in the upstart Phoenix Suns. But at least Joakim Noah will be available.

The NBA on Tuesday fined Noah $15,000 for verbally abusing officials as he left the Sleep Train Arena court after his third-quarter ejection from Monday’s 99-70 loss in Sacramento.

Noah immediately apologized for his actions afterward and avoided a suspension from Rod Thorn, the league’s President of Basketball Operations.
