Six International Security Assistance Force service members were killed after an aircraft crash in southern Afghanistan on Tuesday, NATO said.
While initial reports indicate there was no enemy activity in the area when the aircraft crashed, the cause of the crash is under investigation.
The names of the members of the NATO-led force have not been released. It is ISAF policy to allow national authorities to identify casualties.
