CHICAGO — Another violent weekend in Chicago has left at least six people dead and 48 others wounded in shootings since Friday.

Among the victims are two teenagers who were shot in an alley at 47th and Ellis Sunday morning.

Police say the 15- and 16-year-old boys were walking down the alley when witnesses say a red minivan pulled into the alley and someone inside started shooting.

The 15-year-old was shot in the head and died at the scene, the 16-year-old was shot in the leg and is expected to be OK.

Police are investigating whether the shooting was gang related and continue to search for suspects.
