CHICAGO -- A brother and sister were shot and wounded overnight in what police are calling a road rage-related shooting in the city's South Loop.

The adult siblings were headed home around 2 a.m. Thursday when another car pulled up alongside them on Lake Shore Drive. The other car then chased them onto Lower Wacker Drive and fired shots.

A 23-year-old woman was shot in the head and taken to Stroger Hospital in serious condition.

A 24-year-old man was shot on the backside and is in good condition.

Other passengers who were inside the car with them say they did nothing to provoke the chase or shooting.
