The reward is now up to $15,000 for information leading to the capture of the bank robber nicknamed the “Bully Bandit”.

The suspect pictured in surveillance photos at the bandittrackerchicago.com website is believed to be responsible for nine bank robberies in Chicago and Berwyn.

The most recent hold-up was last Friday at the Chase Bank branch at 3339 West Belmont Avenue in Chicago.  Authorities say the “Bully Bandit” approached a teller window and announced a robbery.

As in the past, he did not display a weapon but kept one hand under the hoodie he was wearing, implying that he had a weapon.

The suspect got away on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No injuries were reported.

If you have any information, you’re asked to call the Chicago office of the FBI at 312-421-6700, or local police.
