OAK BROOK, Ill. — Fifteen McDonald’s workers from eight states, including, Illinois claim they were victims of sexual harassment.
Complaints have been filed on behalf of each worker with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
The workers are members of the Fight for $15 movement to unionize fast food workers.
In one complaint, a woman in California said a supervisor grabbed her breast on several occasions.
After she reported it to a general manager the woman says her hours were cut.
A spokesperson for McDonald’s said the company takes the situation seriously and is reviewing the allegations.
