CHICAGO — When you’re in an interview, you never know what an employer might be looking for from a future employee during an interview

Sometimes it can be something as simple as how a person handles a beverage that can be the difference in getting a new job.

Hence the “Coffee Cup Test” has become a part of some hiring manager’s evaluation of someone in a discussion about a position.
