CHICAGO — You’ve been in this group for a little while, but perhaps its time for a break.

That group is one for texts where a number of people will share their thoughts for friends to see. Sometimes it’s fun, sometimes it’s annoying, but at some point, people just want to leave.

But is it rude to do that?
