In theory, group emails should be a productive instrument in the workplace. But in reality, they turn into a never-ending game of one-upmanship, as 50 people continually hit REPLY ALL, offering jokes, unnecessary information, and passive aggressive swipes at their co-workers.

It’s time for a few rules on when it’s OK to hit REPLY ALL, and when it’s not!
