Local Coach Honored at the ESPYS

Wednesday night during the ESPYS, retired Lincoln-Way East High School soccer coach, Brian Papa was honored for making a difference on and off the field.

His daughter, Natalie, joined him in Los Angeles.

For the past 38 years, Brian has coached thousands of athletes and earlier this year, won his 800th career game, making him just the third high school soccer coach in U.S. history to do that.
