Sneak peak of city’s new pop-up food museum

CHICAGO — This Saturday, Foodseum is celebrating the grand opening of its first pop-up food museum in the downtown shopping center of Block 37.

The museum will take you through food history from the time of the early Odyssey all the way to the early 1900’s. The first full exhibit will open on Sept. 20 and will feature “The Hot Dog and Encased Meats of the World.”

Regular hours will be Wednesday-Sunday 11 AM-7 PM until Dec. 20  and the entire exhibit is free of charge.
