A new study at a Chinese university finds men who fall asleep between 8 and 10 p.m. have the best motility in their sperm.
Motility is a measure of how well the sperm swim, increasing the chance of fertilizing an egg.

Nearly one thousand men were studied. Bed times before midnight showed some positive effect, but the earlier, the better.
