WGN’s Julian Crews serves up a delicious Cuban dish.

Old Havana Shrimp Creole (“Camarones Enchilados”)

 2 pounds             Raw shrimp, peeled & deveined

4 cups                   Cooked long grain rice

2 tablespoons    Fresh parsley, chopped

½ teaspoon        Cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon         Tabasco® or other hot pepper sauce

½ cup                    Ketchup

1 (32oz. jar)        Old Havana Foods® Chili Cubano

2 teaspoons       Worcestershire sauce

Easy directions

 1.       Heat Old Havana Foods® Chili Cubano, ketchup, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce and Cayenne pepper in medium stockpot over medium heat.

2.       When sauce begins simmering, add shrimp and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until shrimp are cooked through.

3.       Remove from heat, add parsley.  Stir to combine.

4.       Serve over cooked rice
