Best Appetizer: Dean's Grandma's Pimento Dip

  • One 8-ounce package cream cheese
  • Full to 3/4 10 oz. jar of Spanish Olives with Pimento, chopped small
  • 1/4 cup (or to taste) walnut or pecan chips
  • If dip is too think for your liking,  add some of the olive juice
  • Mix
  • Form into a ball. Sprinkle with more chopped nuts.
  • Serve with Ritz Crackers

Best Side Dish: Stuffing Cupcakes with mashed potato and cranberry relish

  • 1 box of Stove Top Stuffing (or your favorite stuffing recipe)
  • 2 eggs
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Cranberry sauce or relish
  • Make Stove Top or stuffing according to instructions on the box
  • Scramble 2 eggs in a dish and add to prepared stuffing, uncooked ( 2 eggs per 1 pound of stuffing)
  • Throughly mix together in a bowl
  • Scoop into a greased muffin pan. Bake at 375 °F for 25–30 minutes
  • Top with a dollop of mashed potatoes and a dollop of cranberry sauce or relish

Pumpkin-Apple-Caramelized Onion Pizza

  • Canned  pumpkin pie mix as the base on the pizza crust
  • Sauté diced granny smith apples and diced red onion in vegetable oil
  • Add a dash of balsamic vinegar
  • Spread pumpkin mix on crust
  • Top with apple/onion mixture on pumpkin & crust
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella
  • Bake on grill (or oven) until melted
