Sheriff Tom Dart says Cook County Department of Corrections has flattened the curve on COVID 19 spread by following science and increased testing. But one group says PPE is still a problem and has led to 1 in 6 cases in Chicago can be traced to Cook County Jail. Dart answers the accusation and talks about the plans going forward.
