CHICAGO — In July, a highly-anticipated movie about a famous fashion doll is set to be released, and the hype is already beginning.

As many people talk about it ahead of the film’s release on July 21, we on WGN Morning News decided to have featured a few Barbie-theme items on the “9@9” on Tuesday morning.

The hosts discussed two in particular during the segment on the WGN Morning News – one coming out now and another from the past featuring the doll.

Along with that, we also talked bear squats, floating tiny homes, the low odds of being killed by an animal in Illinois, a memorable school bus jump, and more.
