CHICAGO – It’s a relatively new style in shoes but it’s already been very polarizing.

The puffer shoe has had supporters but a number of detractors in the short time it’s been on the market. More than a few have referred to the footwear as “ugly” while others praise it for their warmth on cold days.

With so much chatter about it, the WGN Morning News crew decided to weigh in on the show on the “9@9” on Tuesday morning. They discussed what they thought of the shoe along with what a recent article in The Wall Street Journal had to say about them.
