CHICAGO — Now that the weather is starting to get a little better, it could be time to take that workout into the elements!
Exercise scientists believe the benefits of getting some activity outdoors can improve a number of aspects of your life, even if it’s just for a short time.
That topic was featured on Tuesday’s “6@6” on the WGN Morning News as the hosts discussed the benefits of an outdoor workout.
