Refined Rustic-Nature Inspired
This year it will be more popular than ever, incorporating nature but with elegance.
Spaces: Open lofts lending itself to a open barn feel but with city views such as Loft on Lake or Bridgeport Art center.
Color Palette: tones of pink (very hot color this year) to floral prints to neutrals.
Ceremony settings can be created as bringing outdoors inside, such as using benches for the guest seating to branches with ferns and wild/garden flowers.
Designing a floral crown for the bride will create a prefect halo of sweetness.
Reception tables can have floral print tablecloths and food stations with a natural bark overlay and using a natural fiber like tablecloths. Candles and vessels will be in abundance with soy eco candles.
Overhead outdoor rustic globe lights create the perfect finishing touch and can be dimmed as the evening progresses.

Vintage-Lavish Old World
Spaces: The elegance of over the top hotel ballrooms to historical landmark buildings with intricate architectural designs such as the Blackstone Hotel,  The Stan Mansion or the Rookery Building with its Frank Lloyd Wright details.
Color Palette: Golds, metallics, classic champagne
Formal dining with chandeliers, crystals, stemware and damask linens.
Brides to be dressed in ball gowns with gloves and pearls.

Modern + Chic
Spaces: Open venues to include hotels such as The Trump or Room 1520.
Color palette: Gray, dazzling blue, placid pale blue, diffused white
Reception will have accents of unique pieces which DIY projects incorporated, particularly place cards and gift table.
Ceremony with a sheer fabric backdrop illuminated with a diffused white light to create an ethereal feel.  The reception’s tables topped with iridescent overlays, centerpieces that incorporate painterly flower displays with unique vases, clean line chargers and plates to showcase the foods, proper glassware.

High Tech Receptions – Mod + Graphics + Bold Inspired by Art World Scene
High tech modern art is hot, from the runway with Chanel in graphic prints
