Protein Bar’s El Verde Bowl
Combine 4 oz. of cooked quinoa, 4 oz. of diced chicken breast, 2 oz of our housemade tomatillo salsa (made in-restaurant everyday – tomatillos, jalapenos, chopped onion, fresh cilantro, cumin, and coriander), 1 tablespoon cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon of roasted corn, and 1 oz. of fresh, housemade salsa (tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, and spices).
Portion in a bowl and top with toasted hemp seed blend and a drizzle of housemade Chipotle Greek Yogurt Sauce.
