Sizzling Swimsuit Circuits for the Summer

  1. Stomach- Kbell Pass Unders (pass the kbell under your legs while leaning back)
  2. Back- Back Rows and Upright rows
  3. Waist-Side Plank with kbell in the air (you can also pulse this and hold the kbell while doing sit-ups)
  4. Thighs/Butt- Goblet Squats
  5. Arms- Bicep Curls and Shoulder Press
